ERI® UPDATE: CLIENT SURVEY
In an effort to get feedback from our clients who are using the Employee Reliability Inventory Screening System (ERI®), we recently conducted a survey of ERI® users. We looking forward to using this information to assistus in our efforts to continually update and improve the ERI® and our services. Here is some of what our clients told us:
- The ERI® system is being used by a wide range of industries, including Service, Manufacturing, Health Care, Retail and Security.
- Well over half reported that they have documented significant cost savings as a result of adding the ERI® system to their hiring process.
We also learned the following:
- Start Up Implementation of the ERI® system - 90% reported that start up implementation of the ERI® was "very easy."
- Ease of Administration - 89% said that administration of the ERI® system was "very easy."
- Degree of Acceptance By Job Applicants - 89% indicated that job applicants’ acceptance of the ERI® system was "very high." No client reported any difficulties with job applicant acceptance.
- Service & Technical Support - 89% rated our client services and technical support as "very good" or "excellent."
